John Jones

SOUS CHEF

John Jones is a veteran member of the Triad food scene. He has been involved with several influential local restaurants. He is active in the local food movement in the Triad, including work with the Greensboro Farmers Market and The Edible Schoolyard. He is also a partner in The Next Supper, an underground dining experience based in Greensboro. John is passionate about the stories behind the food we eat: where it comes from and why we eat it.
